Pinwheels to mark Child Abuse Prevention Month in Dunkirk

Residents are invited to gather at Dunkirk City Hall on April 10 at 1:00 p.m. to participate in a symbolic pinwheel planting event. Each pinwheel represents hope, resilience, and a community commitment to combat child abuse. The event is part of the activities marking Child Abuse Prevention Month.
