The Point Restaurant Group, Offering A Taste of Technology in the City of Dunkirk
Mayor Rosas and the Dunkirk Chamber of Commerce are proud to announce and congratulate Nick Keefe, owner of The Point Restaurant, and his business partner, Al Steinberg, on their new hospitality business located at 296 Lake Shore Drive, West. An official ribbon cutting was held on Monday, January 23rd, 2023, to announce the new dining room and bar being open to the public.
The Point is currently made up of three uniquely branded menu concepts creating a virtual food court, with future plans being made to add even more mouthwatering items to the already enticing menu. Rustico features artesian New York style pizzas that can be deliciously paired with a nice cold beverage from the bar. TaQo highlights Tex-Mex favorites, including fresh salsa options for the incredibly crispy tortilla chips. Last but not least, The Big Cheeseburger offers juicy burgers, some of which are savory mini towers of appetizing goodness, pair them with some warm fry chips to satisfy your hunger. Driven by technology, patrons can conveniently submit their orders online or even directly from their restaurant dining tables. Fast and easy ordering gives customers the ability to pre-order and select their ideal time for dine in, delivery, or fast curbside pickup! The Point’s building may be familiar to local residents as it was the former Moose Lodge. Plans for a quick access curbside pickup area in the back of the building are being finalized and will soon be available for customers. Hours of operation are Monday thru Thursday 11:30 am to 8 pm. Friday and Saturday from 11:30 am to 9 pm, and Sunday from 11:30 am to 7 pm. Hungry to get a taste of this tantalizing technology and succulent food? In addition to The Point restaurants, the Route 5 Events Center is located within the same building and is currently open for personal bookings. Catering is not yet offered, weddings and other staffed events are currently not on the menu, however the hall itself is open for renting.
