Chautauqua Tapestry has launched a new Winter Toolkit aimed at assisting parents, teachers, and youth through the winter season. The toolkit includes coloring pages to encourage creativity and video inspirations designed to uplift spirits during the colder months.

Recognizing the challenges that winter can bring, such as shorter days and colder weather, the toolkit provides mental health and wellness tips. These suggestions are intended to help individuals maintain a positive outlook throughout the season.

The toolkit was developed by Julie Paredes, Digital Media Coordinator at Chautauqua Tapestry. It also includes links to local and national programs that support productivity and well-being regardless of external conditions. Rachel Ludwig, Grant Director, stated, “We believe that by fostering a supportive environment and providing access to helpful resources, we can make this winter not just bearable but a season of growth, creativity, and wellness for all.”

The Winter Toolkit is available now for those interested in making this winter an inspiring one. More information about Chautauqua Tapestry's support for Chautauqua County’s System of Care can be found at their website.
