Chautauqua County Executive Paul M. Wendel Jr. has announced the extension of the county's Emergency Order No. 1, first issued on May 18, 2023, and Emergency Order No. 2, first issued on September 29, 2023.
Wendel stated, "The State of Emergency, Emergency Order No. 1 and Emergency Order No. 2 are enclosed."
This decision aims to ensure continued measures for public safety and emergency response within Chautauqua County.
