Chautauqua County extends state of emergency and emergency orders

Chautauqua County Executive Paul M. Wendel Jr. has announced the extension of the county's State of Emergency. The initial declaration was made on May 18, 2023. Alongside this, Emergency Order No. 1, which was also first issued on May 18, 2023, and Emergency Order No. 2, initially declared on September 29, 2023, have been extended.

These measures were put in place to address ongoing issues within the county and will remain effective as part of the efforts to manage local conditions.
