Savannah (Wayne County) home prices rise in 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in 2017 in Savannah in Wayne County rose by $5,000 while total sales increased by 93.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2017, there were 31 homes sold, with a median sale price of $52,500 - a 10.5% increase over the $47,500 median sale price for the previous year. There were 16 homes sold in Savannah in 2016.
