Marion (Wayne County) home prices fall in the fourth quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2017 in Marion in Wayne County fell by $12,500 while total sales remained unchanged with 18 homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2017, there were 18 homes sold, with a median sale price of $115,000 - a 9.8% decrease over the $127,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 18 homes sold in Marion in the fourth quarter of 2016, as well.
