On December 3, 2024, at 11:30 AM, the Cattaraugus County Sheriff's Office lifted the travel advisory that had been issued on December 2, 2024, at 8:00 PM. Despite this change, a lake effect snow warning remains in place until 7 PM tonight. Furthermore, a winter weather watch is set to take effect from Wednesday evening through late Thursday night.
