The Cattaraugus County Department of the Aging/NY Connects is currently developing a four-year plan and seeks information regarding the needs, concerns, and problems facing county residents.
"We need your help! Please complete the following survey and return as soon as possible," stated a representative from the department. Residents who received an automated call and completed the survey do not need to fill out the paper version. The first part of the call was sent out on August 13th, with part two scheduled for August 19th.
The survey can be accessed online at www.CattCo.org/2024-cs-needs-survey or picked up in person at the Department of Aging Offices located at 1 Leo Moss Drive, Olean, NY 14760.
