Williamson (Wayne County) home prices fall in 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in 2017 in Williamson in Wayne County fell by $4,950 while total sales decreased by 16%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2017, there were 89 homes sold, with a median sale price of $110,000 - a 4.3% decrease over the $114,950 median sale price for the previous year. There were 106 homes sold in Williamson in 2016.
