Palmyra home prices rise in the fourth quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2017 in Palmyra rose by $7,722 while total sales increased by 24%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2017, there were 31 homes sold, with a median sale price of $82,722 - a 10.3% increase over the $75,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 25 homes sold in Palmyra in the fourth quarter of 2016.
