The County Board of Canvassers of the County of Cattaraugus met on April 9, 2024, to review the results of the Presidential Primary Election held on the second day of April in the same year. According to the statement issued by the board, a total of 622 votes were cast for candidates running for the office of President of the United States.

In addition to the presidential race, the board also disclosed that there were 3,732 votes cast for candidates vying for the position of Delegates to the National Convention of the 23rd Congressional District.

Furthermore, a separate count revealed that 1,453 votes were recorded for candidates contesting the office of President of the United States in a different capacity.

The Democratic Deputy Commissioner, Laura Howard, attested to the accuracy of the statement, stating, "We certify this statement to be correct, and have caused the same to be attested by the signature of the members of this Board, there being Two members in said Board, this Ninth day of April, 2024."

Cortney Spittler, the Republican Commissioner, was also present during the canvassing process.
