(WARSAW, NY) The Wyoming County Chamber of Commerce, Community Action for Wyoming County, and sponsor WCJW Radio, have partnered to host the annual Wyoming County Job Fair on Tuesday, March 28, 2023 from 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM. The Job Fair will take place at the Valley Chapel Ministry Center, 3415 South Main Street, Warsaw, NY.

“Matching job seekers with employers is vital to the business community as they look to fill their workforce. Finding workers is a challenge and this event is a great opportunity for local businesses and potential employees to connect,” said Chamber President and CEO Scott Gardner. “Whether a seasonal employer, local manufacturer, small business, or dairy operation, now is the time to sign up to promote your business and attract job seekers.”

“It’s always recommended that job seekers treat the event as if they are going to an interview,” said Beth Caton, Program Manager of the Employment and Training Division at Community Action of Wyoming County. “We encourage everyone to bring their resume, be enthusiastic, ask questions, take notes, dress appropriately and thank the business representative for their time.”

The Job Fair is open to all those seeking employment opportunities. Interviews may take place on site. There will be a wide variety of jobs available at all skill levels from basic to technical. Interested job seekers do not need to register in advance.

Businesses wishing to participate are encouraged to contact the Wyoming County Chamber of Commerce at (585) 786-0307 for more details and to secure a spot or visit online.
