Members of the Cattaraugus County Sheriff's Office Benevolent Association were proud to present our annual scholarship award to Kylie Blessing of Olean NY. Kylie is a 2022 graduate of Portville Central School and daughter to William and Vicki Blessing. Ms. Blessing will be attending Niagara University in the Fall to study Criminal Justice/Criminology. Thank you to all of our community members who help make this possible by way of donation.
