Allegany County Department of Health will provide FREE Drive-up COVID-19 Rapid Testing
Belmont BOCES, 5536 County Route 48, Belmont, New York 14813
Tuesday, November 17, 2020, from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. (pre-register by Monday, November 16, at 12:00 Noon)
and Thursday, November 19, 2020, from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. (pre-register by Wednesday, November 18, at 12:00 Noon)
and Wednesday, November 25, 2020, from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. (pre-register by Tuesday, November 24, at 12:00 Noon)
YOU MUST PRE-REGISTER TO BE TESTED!
- Call 585-268-9250 press #4 to pre-register.
- Please leave a message and we will return your call.
- COVID-19 rapid testing is FREE at the drive-up site.
- This is a drive-up clinic. You will remain in your car for testing.
- No unregistered people will be accepted.
- Please do NOT bring other individuals in the car, who are not getting tested, including PETS.
- Please be prepared to return directly home and go into isolation or quarantine after the test, if you or a family member tests positive for COVID-19.
- Please leave windows up until instructed to roll them down.
- NO drive-ups or walk-ups. You must pre-register to be tested.
