Marion (Wayne County) home prices rise in the first quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2018 in Marion in Wayne County rose by $7,900 while total sales increased by 44.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2018, there were 13 homes sold, with a median sale price of $97,900 - a 8.8% increase over the $90,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Marion in the first quarter of 2017.
