Savannah (Wayne County) home prices fall in the first quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2018 in Savannah in Wayne County fell by $34,500 while total sales decreased by 71.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2018, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $11,500 - a 75% decrease over the $46,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Savannah in the first quarter of 2017.
