Clyde home prices rise in the first quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2018 in Clyde rose by $8,013 while total sales decreased by 42.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2018, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $56,013 - a 16.7% increase over the $48,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Clyde in the first quarter of 2017.
