Newark home prices rise in the first quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2018 in Newark rose by $950 while total sales decreased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2018, there were 20 homes sold, with a median sale price of $85,950 - a 1.1% increase over the $85,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 30 homes sold in Newark in the first quarter of 2017.
