Palmyra home prices rise in January 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2018 in Palmyra rose by $15,000 while total sales increased by 120%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2018, there were 11 homes sold, with a median sale price of $93,000 - a 19.2% increase over the $78,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Palmyra in January 2017.
