Savannah (Wayne County) home prices fall in February 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2018 in Savannah in Wayne County fell by $24,000 while total sales remained unchanged with two homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2018, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $11,500 - a 67.6% decrease over the $35,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Savannah in February 2017, as well.
