On Friday, Feb. 14, former Portville Junior Senior High School standout Maxx Yehl’s current college team, the West Virginia Mountaineers, won 4-2 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Jacksonville Dolphins.

The game took place at John Sessions Stadium. This was their first matchup against the Dolphins this season.

The Mountaineers’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, Feb. 15 at 1 p.m. at John Sessions Stadium against Jacksonville Dolphins.
