The citations in the county were ‘You did not establish records documenting the training of principles of animal food hygiene and animal food safety for individuals engaged in the manufacturing, processing, packing or holding of animal food’ and ‘You did not identify and implement preventive controls to ensure that any hazards requiring a preventive control are significantly minimized or prevented’.

The company cited should take a voluntary action to correct its managing operations.
