Connecting Communities in Action, in collaboration with the Child Advocacy Center and Social Services, is organizing a family event to promote awareness during April and May. These months are recognized as Child Abuse Prevention Month, Sexual Assault Awareness Month, and Children’s Mental Health Awareness Month.

The event aims to educate attendees on various safety and prevention topics. Participants can look forward to engaging activities designed for individuals and families. Additionally, there will be opportunities to win prizes.

This initiative comes as part of a broader effort to raise awareness on critical issues affecting children and families.
